Default Some recent ties

This is only the second time I've posted pictures of my flies, the first time was only 2 or 3 weeks after I started tying. Having been playing around at the vice lately I thought I'd post one or two of my efforts for critique. I am genuinely interested what people think, some of these are just the result of playing about others follow patterns. Please let me know what you think!

That'll do for now, I might post some more later. Like I said constructive criticism is welcome as it will help me improve.

Cheers

Tom

Thanks for the comments

Boony, the tying for the buzzer is as follows

Hook: B100 (s10 in this case)
Thread: Black
Breathers: White antron yarn
Body: 1 strand black 1 strand fl green flexifloss wound on together
Thorax: 2 strands black peacock herl
Wing buds: Green goose biots

I’ve also tied them with red flexifloss and orange biots

The damsel was just cobbled together with what I had really, hence the use of pheasant tail for the beard hackle. The body is just dubbed olive marabou and the eyes are a 2 inch length of nylon blobbed with a lighter. Hook s10 B175.

Any suggestions on how to improve greatly received!

Cheers
