One of the best flies on lough sheelin is the buzzing buzzer,

its a fantastic early season fly in may and june,
its tied in any colour you want as long as its black,
it hatches very early in the mornings mostly around 1pm in the afternoon, , and must be fished very slowly with a fast figure of eight retrieve,

any of the guys on sheelin will tell you about it, ,

i guess the guy told you to fly into shannon as well, , i think i might know him, he doesnt like olives at all that man,

he married a olive o brien and she ran off with another guy,

The locals dont like giving anything away loopy, its a sort of secret dressing , only to be seen by the blind, heard by the deaf and given life to by the dead
