Default SWFFing Ragworm Pattern

Hi Lads n Lasses
I've been thinking about Ragworms (saddo :-S ) and how there doesn't seem to be many fly patterns to imitate them. So I started playing about on the vice and came up with my interpretation. It's my first attempt and I think I should be able to improve on it as regards colour and movement if I give it a bit more thought and maybe find a more supple body material.

Hook: Partridge Sea Prince size 1 linked to front barrel swivel using braid.
Body: One of Claire's brown hairbands cut in half.
Filaments/legs: Blacky/Bluey cactus chenille hot glued.
Tail: Brown bucktail.
Tying Thread: Black UTC

Cheers Dave

No not tried it yet.....Was only messin really....I think it would be better with orange cactus but I didn't have any...I've never seen a real live one, I did this off pics of the natural.... A mate of mine said it would be good tied in dark green to imitate them when they spawn in the harbours....I'll get my thinking cap on and try and make improvements.
Cheers Dave
