mayflyjunky is on a distinguished road
Default A few roll overs

A few variants of Patsy Deerys roll over mayfly.
The wing is tied as such so the breeze will catch the fly and tumble it like the natural

Corrib olive

Tail: Cock Pheasant
Body: Warm green
Rib: Mirage
Hackle 1: Corrib Olive (saracen)
Hackle 2: Grizzle dyed mayfly green
Wing: Breast feather dyed olive

Roll over gnat

Tail:Cock pheasant dyed black
Rib: Black floss
Body: Tan seals fur
Hackle 1: Iron Blue
Hackle 2: Grizzle
Wing: Breast feather dyed blue dunn

Nice flies MFJ ,I had great sport on Corrib a few years back on those babies.

Aye mate a great Mayfly pattern by a great angler and fly tyer

I seem to remember an article in TF where someone tried to copy it and call it a sail boat mayfly
