Default The Masters

Was thinking of starting a new thread to run in parrallel with Bens' "Classics" thread and Scratchs' "Essentials"

What about the tiers themselves, The Masters.
To offer a little about the man and show a collection of his flies.
Would like to split it into 3 sections and within each section an old angler, a modernish angler and perhaps a bang up to-date angler.

Section 1 river angler,
perhaps,
(A) Pritt, Stewart, Halford?
(B) Sawyer, Lunn, Goddard
(C) Hans van Klinken, Edwards, Thornton

Section 2 Still waters

(A) Bell, Kingsmill Moore
(B) Walker, Cove, Ivans, Church, Frazer.
(C) Headley

Section 3 Salmon/sea trout

(A) Wood,Kelson?
(B) Faulkus, Wulff?
(C) Gowans, Egan, Frodin?

A few gaps, but this is where I would like your imput.
Who have I missed?
Who would you like to see covered?
Or do you think any of the above should be removed?
Your thoughts please.

All the best, Graham

There are so many good tyers in all sections that I feel that it would be hard not to miss out some deserving entries.

Yeah it's a good idea but you could just do each person as they crop up.
I might be interested in tying some G.E.M Skues patterns, as I have a list of the authentic dressings.
