BTW, there already is a mini-lure with that name.

Behave yaself Stan . First off he didn't ask what you thought about his skills the question was "would it work" . Second it was just for a laugh , I doubt for one min it was ment to be taken so seriously .

Yes IMO it will work as them bows eat anything don't they ???

Sorry to offend your eyes Stan.
No I am not a beginner, and while not the best tyer on her I can rattle up the odd fly.
As Sweeny Todd says it was just a bit of fun, lashed together in about 60 seconds.
Anyway, perhaps its a bit of Bah HumBug on your part

Yes I know about the original fly, mainly black with some hot spots of colour. Perhaps I should put it up on the Classics thread?

Take the bead off and I reckon it would work on Melvin no probs when the wee boys are up in a wave and ready for action.
