i have dyed some blob stuff with highlander green and it went yellow can any one tell me why thanks

I've not actually tried dyeing fritz but I'd check your temperatures and dye amount. Green dyes are made up of various colours (blue+yellow+others depending on shade/tint) and they may "take" best at different times and temperatures. For instance, with chartreuse, in hard tap water the yellow takes first at high temperature whilst the green element takes better at low temperatures. It's possible you've used too much dye at too high a temperature and all the yellow has saturated the fritz. Just my guess.

Flyfishing-UK might be able to help you, I believe he dyes his fritz himself.

it was blob fritz and coulor was green highlander from venierd i washed it put 1 pint inpot and bring simer and put fritz in and dye1 spoon ful vinager and let it simer and tookit out washed under cold waterand let it dry it was yellowthe fritzwas white thanks

it was white blob fritz and dye was green highlander from verniedi was fritz and put 1 pint water in my pot bring temp water up andput dye in for 10 min stiring withspoon and add1 spoon of vinager and then under water put out to dry it was yellow
