Merry Christmas
Whilst waiting for Santa i started my coastal sea trout box. To be honest i wasnt to keen about tying the Danish pastry fly, thought it looked abit rubbish and very similar to the Magnus pattern but after reading how successful it was ......why not
Then i discovered i didnt have any camel fur in my tying box !
However some light tan wool raked out seems to make a exceptable alternative ? Anyway actually im very pleased with how they came out, not sure what a real live Dane would make of them
or a coastal sea trout for that matter
