Default Hot Glue Caddis Larva

One more hot glue nymph. My imitation of Potamophylax and similar fat and juicy caddis larvae.

That is simply fantastic , ive just started fly tying and ive seen some fantastic flies on this forum but this is the best ive ever seen . If you have any spare hot glue nymphs lying around I will gladly take them off your hands I would even pay the postage

These hot glue bugs look fantastic, look quite simple too. Do you just use permenant marker to color the glue?

No. There are two colours of hot glue in this fly - black and yellow- but using a permanent marker lead to the same result.
