With resect ! if someone responds to a thread in classified then you expect some sort of service ! and if you let people down then you vow to improve! however it seems to always be a problem with this person and i think you have a duty of care to look after the people that are waiting an eternity for a delivery.

i had my problems with this seller and took him to task about it and since then i have received all my orders within a couple of days i did point out to him he had a good opportunity on this site and if he sorted out delivery problems he would have a thriving business on here.shame to still see the same thing cropping up still.as i told him quality goods but his service lets him down

Isn't this a bit pointless unless said seller is named??? Not being funny but the only way they will improve is if they are named? Or is this a threat to name them just to buck their ideas up???

It seems that if you name and shame you get banned. I know that there seems to be problems and the Admin team need to look after us as much as they look after people who pay to sell and advertise on here.

I do not buy from the named trader because my mate had all sorts of trouble getting his order but to be fair it turned up after 6 weeks.

We do not accept poor service from on line retail stores so why should we expect anything different from forum members.

Admin how many posts does it take before you realise there is no smoke without fire.

it was reported last week that Gerry was having problems with his internet connection and if I remember correctly he was hoping it would be resolved on Tuesday 22nd.

If you do a search you will find his mobile phone number and he has asked people to contact by phone in the interim until his broadband is fixed.
