Heres a few I tied this morning,

Nice work John, thanks for sharing. Can't get me head around those faceted beads though.... terribly industrial looking. What's the Bobby with them?

Cheers scratch. I think the idea with the beads is that they reflect more light and attract more fish, like a disco ball.

they're nice john just on the shrimp try and keep it as slim as bossible at the tail end. and just work on the taper of all your nypmhs. They tryed and tested??
and i odnt understand the faceted beads either i dont think they give off any more light at all as you can see in the photo your getting more reflection of the non faceted beads than you are of the faceted i just hink theyre a waste of money.
anyway by the way john its oscar :P

fine point pliers, be careful not to try bend the eye because that leads to quite alot of breakages.

Not tried and tested, and probably won't be until january. I think with the bright gold and copper beads they reflect a bit more light, although you're right it doesn't look that different. And your right I need to work on the taper of my nymphs.

ps. how did you do on the test?
