Looks fab...but why bother with dear hair?

Dont get me wrong i love it, but to be honest dear hair not worth the time...lighter hook and white hackle would do more damage, just my opinion

Default wee muddler

the deer hair keeps it higher up in the water & helps make it pulse & pop through the waves bringing up those northern wild brownies.

Nice tie ST
I mainly fish muddlers in the early part of the season when I find them deadly, my main catcher have a yellow marabou tail.

I dont fish muddlers, best i ever seen was brown ones...2 blokes fishing from a boat..drifting down the lake a box of suger puffs ...the kind for breakfast...a couple of hand fulls and start the engine,...back up the lake and drift over same place with a muddler and bobs your uncle
