my first few hogs

here is my first go at a few hogs which i think work better with a slightly longer profile ,giving a little more movement.













let me know what you think guys as Ive a few prototypes and I'm wondering what ones to tie up for my finals box for the season to come.

Do you use a hair stacker or just guess ?

I'm not a Hog expert but I tie mine with shorter hair to give a more upright look. Nothing wrong with these though. Keep them coming!

I'm going to have a wee go at half hogs in a minute and will post what i come up with ,i will also be showing some of my own concoctions which I'm looking forward to trying out as i think the flys that come completely from your head are the ones that give the best feeling when you have regular fish on them.
