Scooter, scroll down till you come to the flytying section, then go to the step by step section.you will find buzzers.and if you scroll to the bottom of that section you will find flytying techniques.

Body-Pheasant tail, black,claret or olive
Rib-Wire, silver, green or red.
Thorax- Peacock Herl, in the above body colours.
Breathers- White Antron [optional]

A good mid-water pattern fished above an epoxy buzzer on the point.
Sizes from 10 down to 16, preferably a curved hook but staight does work.

Don't worry too much about trendy (& rather messy) epoxy dressings.
I used the buzzer below at Hazel Copse today & had 18
I would say that a few general pointers that may have been missed are:
1) buzzers are hook shaped, so the dressing should extend well around the bend
2) midge pupae have breathing filaments at both the head & tail. These white filaments are slightly more prominent at the head, so the dressing should reflect that
3) their bodies are very slim, with a slightly thicker thorax
4) by far the most common colour is black or a very dark shade of olive

Silk:
Black 8/0 Uni-thread
Hook:
Kamasan B100 size 12
Breathing filaments:
White cock hackle fibres
Rib:
Red UTC ultra wire
Body:
Black goose feather fibre
Thorax:
Peacock herl
