Hello i went out yesterday and bought #12 Kamasan B110's to tie a few parachute patterns ( by accident) instead of B100's, i know there slightly heavier but will be any good?

They should be fine if you are doubtful tie one up and check it in a glass of water, you might find it sits okay if not try an extra turn or two of hackle,

A bit too heavy for parachutes for my liking. You should be looking to dress the fly how you want, not be dictated to by the hook i.e. overdressing it.
The 110 is a nymph/buzzer/grub hook. B100 is yer man.
