classical salmon flies

Hi everyone,
I have been tying a couple up, thanks o allan for giving me some hooks and gut to get started.

Didnt dress this on fully as it was my first attempt at a classical salmon fly.

Grey heron (spey)



Tied this one with real heron I got given at the bffi.

Hi John,

No advice for improving. excellent tyings. Your Grey Heron is brilliant. If this is your first attempt then i would like to see them 2 or 3 months down the line.
