Nice looking fly mate. Different. If you want anybody to trial that one for you, I know a spot up in the mountains where the brownies might have a look at it next season...

Kingfisher Blue jc was popular in salmon flies on the Tay. An old tyer gave me one of his old capes (1960s) as no use, only trout sizes left! Works well on black flies. Long gone and very difficult to match nowadays although I have a reasonable copy but a darker blue. Assume original dyed by someone from the mills at luncarty/stanley.

Hi Dan, There are another two on site. Caught fish an each of them today at Eglwys yr llandegfedewydd, most were on the orange and gold.
