Thread: Red
Eyes, Stick on, see Jimmy the man Mcride, at Crafteye
Hook: B175 size 12 or 14
Body pearl mylar over red thread
Rib: fine silver wire
Tail: Barr's flash attack stuff, orange
Under wing: Pearl DNA
Over wing: Olive and Pearl DNA
Stripes: Black pantone

Then trim to shape with razor blade rather than scissors.

I like that a lot, looks like there's a fair bit of translucency going on there. Just me but maybe add a spot of dun hen at the head for added pulse?
