Default loch ordie dressing

Hi guys ,
Anyone know the dressing for this?

From what I gather there is a black and brown body hackle, with white at the head, but im not sure what the body is.

In short there is'nt one! Start with black & wind close touching turns, then the others from dark to light until you finish with a white hackle at the head. Should all be hen hackles incidently. Great fly. a favourite for wild browns on a bright day.

There is one including the dressing on the OTFA site under fly of the month August. No body (other than the black thread for tying in the hackles).

The original had a number of ginger hen hackles finished off with a white hackle.

The dressing given above - black at tail position, moving through brown colour shades until finishing off with a white, is a variation of mine influenced, by Kingsmill Moore's thoughts on mixed colour to more closely reflect living organisms.
