Default Flexibody Black Buzzer

Whilst tying some Ammonite bugs for a days grayling fishing, I wondered if i could use the same technique of stretching clear VN flexibody to create a buzzer pattern with immitative segmentation.

Here's the results, comments appreciated.

This is my first effort with clear VN flexibody over black thread with red holo rib.

...and here's the Ammonite bug that inspired the technique.

Will try to get some better pics tomorrow, and try some variants.

Cheers
Ben

Ben,
if those amonite bugs are for the day on my bit of the kennet,go much smaller 16s are big especially with the fairly low water we have at this mooment, especially on the lower part of the beat.
Do make sure you have some pink bugs pale like lucivs recent one and eye burning pink as well.
Killer bugs and the sawyer style pheasant tail good as well again small.

Cheers for the comments, will try some more later.

The flexibody is a virtual nymph product, it can be bought direct or through Lakeland.
