Default Another bumble

I thought I'd try another bumble, the claret one didn't turn out very well, so here's a golden olive.

I think it's still missing something, any ideas?

Looks good, maybe try a contrasting or complimentary head hackle.
I think picric jay, english partridge or olive/yellow pheasant rump would look great.

I agree with benlikestofish a couple of turns of dyed english partridge or dyed jay or even jungle cock on the sides would complement your fly more but still it looks great as it is

Thanks for the comments gents, funnily enough I did have a partridge hackle stripped ready to go, but changed to the olive hen at the last minute. I tried a hot head, but it didn't look right.

Cheers - Steve
