I like that it should sink at a fair rate! what have you used on the back? it looks like nail varnish or somethin?

Lovely bug Maharg, if anything maybe just a little too 'fat' but that is just a personal preference for me. Great segmented effect, reminds of those very expensive virtual nymphs.

Nymph skin body, a wee rub with a green/olive marker and a touch of Hard as nails to seal the colour in.

Didn't wind it to tight. It is also the wider skin. Was going to use it as a point fly to get the other down quick. Will try it tighter and slimmer and see how that looks.

Ive got some emu/ostrich herl with very fine tips that I thought I might try.

hey wasnt incriminating buddy ,its the finest thing for them ,if there was one thing is to try and keep the legs equal length,looks good though ..
