Default Artifly Orkney Peach Marabou

I use a lot of products from artifly and buy them from my local dealer in Forfar because I like to see them before I buy them. I have been waiting since august for items, and my dealer has lost the plot???

I have been promised it now too many times, its not my dealers fault, but I would just like to lodge my impaitience with the whole matter.

My local dealer keeps being informed thats the products will be delivered next day, but thet never arrive.

At the end of the day, I loose out, the dealer looks like a plonker and I will never go direct to Artifly because I have seen so much negative feedback.

Neils order has been despatched, yes there has been a delay getting the chance to process his and other orders due to one thing and another but my trade terms do say to allow upto 28 days for delivery as I have 20 + other trade customers to supply. The original 10 packets of orkney peach marabou were sent in August and I gave Neil proof of this, and this is not the first packet that has failed to turn up for Neil. I didnt get a chance to redye more until a couple of weeks ago. But like I said trade terms are upto 28days. I am not going to comment any more on this matter as I feel had you been aware of my terms and been awre of the fact I had sent the original packet and supplied the proof you might of had a different view on the matter. Yes I will admit I am not the fastest at turning orders around and I did have a setback there that put me out of action for almost two weeks but thats life and s**t happens sometime. Like I said I am not going to comment any more as I have given my reasons and a getting a bit cheesed off with things at the mo and am trying my best to get things sorted.

i to would not buy a thing of this guy has he is so unreliable and will use every excuse in the book... his stuff is good but not worth the trouble.... a bit of a shame as he has good skills but no pride.

Does all this need to aired again and again and again and again etc etc on a public forum.

Every few days we have the same old posts slating Gerry's service but praising his materials.

to be fair to the guy you will always get your stuff and some of it can be delivered in very quick time, I guess it just depends how busy he is. Hes a growing business with good products, cut the man some slack.

Yes I agree, lets leave it here. I am sure my goods will be here very soon and sincere apologies to all those (inc Aaron P) to whom are waiting for ARTIFLY products from my shop. I can only pass on the info supplied from Gerry and at the end of the day I am a retail unit and need the supply from Gerry and others for my customers. The delay has been unfortunate but I have spoke to Gerry who has promised me a swift resolve.

Let this bear no resemblance on the service one would expect from either party.
