Skull Dug

I have noticed in a few trout magazines that a fly called a Skull Dug has caught a few large fish. I cannot find how to tie one or what materials to use.
Does anyone know what it looks like or maybe how its tied?

Pretty sure its not a real fly, its just a name to write on the catch return sheet.

I thought a skull dug was a type of plug/lure??? Sure i've seen Mick Brown lobbing one out on T.V.
