Default FF&FT Competion
I haven't received my November copy of Fly Fishing & Fly Tying yet but from a few posts on their Forum it would appear that their annual fly tying competition is missing. Possibly it has been delayed to start in December but no one from the mag has commented.

I'm sure there must be a few members here who enter that competition who will also have noticed that it's missing?

Anyone know any more?

So no one on this board buys the mag, or no one who buys the mag enters the fly tying comp? I really find this hard to believe? I mean a few of you could do quite well, a few not many????

Sorry no one has replied. I dont read ff+ft, but it would be a real shame if they took away their competition.

I haven't got the Nov edition yet (it wasn't in WH Smiths today) but look forward to the comp and have done quite well in it in the past.

That probably means they've sold out or haven't restocked the shelf. It goes on sale about the 12th of the previous month. I haven't got it coz I'm in Dubai.

Magnus Angus has just posted on the FF&FT forum that there will be a Fly Tying League but that it won't start till 2010. All will apparently be explained in the next issue. Good news.
