Default Standards

Been on this forum a wee while now, and I have noticed the standard of fly tying ( and photograph) has increased a huge amount.
I am really looking forward to this winters offerings when the tying kicks in big time.
Now I need to get this bloody camera sorted and dust down the vice for my modest offerings.

Keep up the great work lads and lassies, it is a joy.

All the best to you and yours,
Graham

Graham, when you're ready to get your "bloody camera" don't buy the first one you see, but look around & ask on here for suggestions/recommendations within your budget. "Super-macro" is a feature well worth looking for !

He's got the camera John.... he just hasn't got the French A level to go with the French manual yet.

Looking forward to seeing yours and many others offerings this winter too Graham.

Avoid? I hope I get to meet you!

I need to figure out whether it's worth driving or if taking the train is a better choice. I suspect the latter. I'm coming from central London.

Standards are generally good, far better than when I was a boy. Why? forums, digital photography, good books & DVD all have a part to play.
A good example where internet shows it's best attributes.
