Default Mixing Superfine Dubbing

I like the way you can tease a wafer thin piece of this from a packet with all the fibres aligned. But any tips as to the best way to mix two colours?

Also, how different is Pale Morning Dun Superfine from Pale Yellow or Light Cahill?

Try using the main colour as a foundation to lay other colours on top of it, then roll them together prior to dubbing.

I've not been able to find a full colour chart, even on Wapsi's own site so unless you buy all the colours or go to a someone who has the full range in stock for you to look at - maybe Lakeland at the bffi - I think you might struggle with that one.

Thanks Arkle. I will give that a go.

I managed to find some Light Cahill in an old dispenser to compare with the packet of Pale Yellow I have. Given I want to tie some "Pale Morning Dun" patterns I am intrigued as to how different the PMD Superfine is. I suspect I will just use the Pale Yellow for now. (See here re my question as to PMDs: "Pale Morning Duns" )

Happened to wander past a store today and found some PMD Superfine. Light Cahill is simply an even lighter shade of Pale Yellow - both are very "clean" looking yellows. PMD is a dirtier yellow, with a hint towards fawn or green depending on the light.
