Angus Angling has a comprehensive range of tying materials, have a look at their website.

Steve Partons is good, but there are several guys on this forum who will be able to sort you out, and you will be supporting the contributors to the forum.

I would look to the following websites m8, Flytying boutique, celticflycraft and lakeland, these sites will supply all that you will ever need!

I've had personal (good) experience from all these suppliers after reading various reviews:

Lakeland http://www.lakelandflytying.com/ are very prompt.
Game fishing supplies http://www.ian-woods.co.uk/fly_tying.html expect the usual great service & customer care.
Sportfish http://www.sportfish.co.uk/fly-fishing/fly-tying a good solid service for a wide variety of stuff at low prices.
Tom Saville http://www.tomcsaville.com/ is also good & the blokes are able to give detailed advice from a wealth of experience.
