Basically it's a variant of Kinsmill-Moore's G.O. bumble.

Hook: Wet, 10 - 16.
Thread: Green.
Tail: GP Crest.
Body: Seals fur, yellow at the tail graduating to dark olive at the head.
Rib: Gold wire
Palmer hackles: Golden olive and red game cock tied in open turns, say 3 turns. Dressed bumble style.

The main difference is that CV-B weighted the thorax area with turns of lead wire on larger flies and copper wire on smaller ones. The emphasis was on open turns of the hackle although I think you could strip them down one side and also use hen hackles these days.

The dry version was pretty much a G.O. bumble but without the Jay shoulder.

The full dressing instructions can be found, through circuitous routes, in "Lake Fishing for Trout" by Conrad Voss-Bark Published by Witherby, 1972.

I've still got a few "nymphs" as they can be very effective in an olive hatch but I don't bother with the weighting opting for a heavy hook such as hayabusa 761 instead. A nice twist is to use Indian cock hackles of cree and cree dyed golden olive instead of the standard dressing. The outcome is very like a snatcher but on a straight shank.
