Default Buzzer breathers

Do you find they make a difference to your catch rate,

Not for sub surface buzzers makes no odds.

Use to tie them with breathers and caudal fins but don't bother now, I doubt it makes any difference at all.

My all time favorite buzzer patern the Cove Nymph has no breathers,but tthats for down a bit,I often fish the cove on the point with a couple of shipmans on the droppers,which often get takes just as the point fly drags
the shipmans under and if a shipmans isnt breathered what is.
So i guess breathers up top and no worries down a bit !
