I see my Blue booby is in this months Total flyfisher

It's an easy tie by the looks of the photo?
Looks like there's Blue Jay in there?
Nice fly, I have some Blue Blobs that have been catching, no joke.
It seems, in Scotland certainly, blue is the colour: "damn I hate having to say that",
Sorry, blue is the colour when it comes to flies.

If you ask Iain nicely he might give you one of them at the Airflo AW Final ,and yes it's fairly simple to tie .

Tail and throat hackle - Blue Jay
Body - Black Peacock herl
Rib - Blue holo tinsel

Cheers Colin, any chance you might tell me were to get blue holo tinsel. Dont find much of that over the west.
