Inbox full

For some reason my inbox is constantly saying 100% full despite it not being so at mo am unable to accept or send any pm's, contacted admin last night but as of yet problem still there so can only apologise for the members that have been trying to contact me.

Hi I had a similar problem few weeks ago, I was getting very Dont know if you have tried this, go into you pm's and under 'folder controls' go to 'jump to folder' and check your inbox, sent items and any other folders you have listed and delete them all if not needed. Press F5 to refresh. Only a thought dunno if it will work for you

Try moving the inbox mesages (if it is 100%) out to an excel file maybe?

You can still have a track record of your messages and reply as needed and start with a new fresh inbox

Just highlight them and download to CSV etc
