Default buzzers

Just been looking through the sbs on buzzers and the impression i get is that you are looking at a very sparsely dressed body is this correct?what would be the smallest buzzer you would tie?The reason for these questions is that i have found some elasticated cord 0.5mm in diameter and i think it would just be about right for tying buzzer bodies on very small hooks.

At the risk of imperilling myself towards accusations of sycophancy I would take a look at the buzzers posted by Scratch, you will find many fine examples of profile on his posts.

You're on the right lines there Horses50. The naturals are skinny little things, and therefore you're immitations should be. Forget the likes of sh!t like Okey Dokey's. Nothing more than fat little lures on a curved hook. Not there's owt wrong with lures... needs must and all that, it just drives me nuts when people refer to stuff of that ilk as 'buzzers'.
Anyway, Keep 'em slim and simple if you want to get the most out of immitative buzzer fishing.
