Default were to tie hopper legs

were should i be tying my hopper legs i.e TOP, SIDES , UNDERNEATH , the hook as Ive been tying many legs up for tying and want some info on the thoughts on this part and what people thing work - looks best for hoppers and if anyone has any patterns i would be very grateful too.

Hopper Legs??? Over or Under?
