Default Coffee Grinder.

Can anyone recommend a small coffee grinder that is suitable for blending Seals fur?

Ooh I got all exited then as I love coffee.

No idea dude but try and get one where you can take the blade out. My guess is the fur will get wound around the shaft

There was a thread regarding this not so long a go where it was advised to use a blender with some water for better results.
Okay not instant as you have to then dry out the dubbing but it seems to make sense.

BOSCH make a good one but keep it just for fly dressing. Coffee with hares ear ( even with chocolate on top ) takes some drinking.

Hardy executive tyer dubbing mixer RRP £250
Hand-wound blades for that natural mixed dubbing feel.

Hi there Gander, the wife got me one from T J Hughes for £10 its a Rosemary Conleys Energi mini smoothie and grinder, best of both worlds, comes with a big 500ml blender and a 100ml grinder attachment, only needs a quick pulse because of the speed of the thing, be carefull using a drop of water with dyed seals fur as it can colour the plastic.

Martin.....
