Default Mink or Rabbit

Which is prefferred for tying zonkers upto a size 10 is there a vast difference in using either, I notice the mink strips are more costly.

i prefer mink coz it lives in the water so is more suited to the water... im not saying think rabbit is wrong coz i use that too,it probably doesnt matter at all but hey who knows, mabye someone will come up with something interesting and make me change my mind coz as you say its much more expensive!

With mink it's possible to tie smaller sizes than rabbit as it's less bulky, shorter in hair length & has less underfur so it can be cut finer.

Thanks for both the replies, I have ordered both to see which I prefer.
