I promise i will stop at 10.

Anyway i seem to remember this as a Paul Proctor quill bodied nymph but what's the hook?

I will say a B400 but already sure I am wrong. Do I get a point for naming the fly? Proctors Biot nymph?

Having seen paul do tying demos i'd say its a mustad as he uses them a lot? R30 or r50 whichever is the thicker grade wire for the nymph

He does use Mustard but that would be too easy.
It's his pattern, my hook.
