Default scissors problem

hi, i dont know how to word this. so here goes.
my fly tying sissors are "out of shape" as in at the point they no longer touch which is no good. and cash being as it is id like to know if there is anything i can do to fix it myself.

you could try closing them and squeezing them together using a vice or pliers.

if that doesnt work Jimmy's down the town has scissors and they are only a couple of pound.

Or you could always raid the sewing tin theres usually a decent pair of scissors in there, but dont tell your mum i suggested it lol

hi tom, are the scissors from jimmys any good?
i have scierra one atm they are great. ill have have a look next time i am down that way.

aye they dont seem too bad, i dont tie very often but they have been good enough for me, Cutting fritz, chenille, tinsel and lots of feathers, it gives you something half decent to use while you save up to replace your scierra ones. Dont forget that its Marymass weekend and the town on saturday will be heaving and he doesnt open on sundays

damn i forgot about marymass, the "festival" is a pain. whatever happened to the fishing comp they used to have on the river? didnt hear anything about it this year.
