Bulk spools of floss

Does anyone know where to source bulk spools of Rayon Floss.

I saw a guy using some a few years ago, the spools were about 2" long and about 1 1/2" in diameter with a cardboard core running through the middle of them.

They looked like a very large spool of thread like the bulk spools you see in John Lewis except they were floss.

I am almost sure they were single strand but anything would do.

I am looking for natural colours, cream, tan, browns, yellows and olives.

I have a few woven nymphs to get started on.

If anyone knows a better yarn to use for woven nymphs please let me know.

I have tried the DMC embroidery yarn and I am not a fan of this.

Any help would be appreciated
