You are nearly there, it is a Coch y Bondhu
It has tippet for wing cases
If I'd used white mallard underwing it would be one and the same.

If you RT click & save pic to your desktop, you can get a closer look
and see how bad the photo really is

tk8456 - the hooks are Partridge K14ST and Fullingmill 31270.
The Tiemco 2312 works great but I haven't tried it in large numbers.

Any longshank grub hook or wee sproat should do the job.
