Thumbs up Be Gentle.... My First.....Klinkhammer

After some discussion with some 'Names in the Game'..... and some advice sought from them, I was persuaded to try the Klinkhammer, as my dropper fly on tommorows 'Eden Duo Journey'.

Please be gentle.....As its my first ever Klink' I've tied....

Very nice Carl a hell of alot better than mine

There are two things i would say is that the body needs to be tapered and the purists use a klinkhammer hook not that im one mind you i just use what comes to hand.
At the end of the day i think it looks a cracking fly and im sure others will agree.

P.S It will catch fish

That'll fool those KS fish Carl, they aren't as educated as the PAA ones.
Good luck tomorrow and enjoy yourself.

Will do Loopy, looking forward to my first trouting solo session, been told the scenery is first class, so if the fishing aint, then I will certainly enjoy the surroundings.

A report, with pics this time, providing the camera don't sink, will be online later tommorow neet.

Nowt wrong with that Carl. If I'd managed one as good as that my first attempt I'd have been well chuffed. Don't be afraid to throw a nice meaty taper in the abdomen though!
