Question Wanted - Duck fly nymph variation?

Just wonder if any knows where i can get hold of the fly shown below, or whether anyone fancies having a go a tying a few for me?

I think it is a variation of the duck fly nymph with added "legs"

It came in a mixed bag of cheapo flies i bought off ebay a year or so ago when i started fly fishing and has proved to be a killer pattern whenever i have used it.
It is getting a bit battered now and i cant find a replacement anywhere.

The only ones i can find come without the legs.
Not sure how much difference the legs make but this is always my go to pattern when nothing else is working and i would like to replicate what i already have.

Would be willing to pay via paypal (unless someone is feeling especially generous and would like to donate a few!) or if anyone knows where i can buy them online please send me a link.

The fly i have is currently tied on a size 10 hook.
Ideally looking for a couple of size 10 and a couple of size 12 flies.

This is a picture of the nearest thing i can find:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

Geordie Carl, Barker or Scratch on here should be able to hel you out. If you don't mind me asking, where does it do well?

It has done well everywhere! :-)

I fish mostly at Carsington Reservoir in Derbyshire but this fly has worked on other local fisheries, a couple of rivers in the north of England and worked especially well in the hill lochs around Scourie last year.

I always fish it on the point, usually with a snatcher or similar on a dropper.
