Can anyone recommend me one are are they all pretty much the same

The one I would recommend is the HMH tube fly tool. It is available from Sportsfish although I saw one advertised elsewhere a lot cheaper unfortunately can't remember where.

It is the adaptor Davie McPhail uses on his videos which you can find on You Tube.
