not at all mate.. i dont use buzzers as i dont fish anywhere with a busser hatch to speak of...

it was more the fact that it is a duplication of your classified posting with the added caviat of

I know you have said simplicity, but hell i have tried to do these the same way as you with no avail, the problem i have is finishing them with a whip finish or hitch and also starting the fly...................

The flies looks fantastic but Simple i think not, but then again maybe once you know exactly how to tie them they are easy....

No thread Andy! 'Cast off' at the @rse end, then whip finish by hand... tight as a mouses ear

Thanks a million gents for your extremely kind comments. Very much appreciated and most humbling, although any fool could produce these.. the hard work was in getting the varnish on the 'Brancusi' to 'hang' right, and also getting the spanflex/varnish/ink combinations right.. a couple of dozen man hours and few tantrums later, and Presto Hey!

Hi Ali, actual working time on the Brancusi is only a few minutes, but I've found that the layers have to be spread out over a few days, otherwise if you try to whack too much on at once, the 'skin' creases, and the inner layers never really get hard.

Hi Ali, actual working time on the Brancusi is only a few minutes, but I've found that the layers have to be spread out over a few days, otherwise if you try to whack too much on at once, the 'skin' creases, and the inner layers never really get hard.

The spanflex ones only take a minute or two, then maybe a few coats, as above, depending on what colour effects you're trying to achieve.
