This sounds interesting.

I dont have a clue but does Mel Clive still work there?
He taught computing and was a very good tutor as well as a good guy to get on with.

The course is £80 for the ten weeks and is being run by Gus Shepherd

Below is the Info I received from the college

The course starts next Tuesday at 7pm at Greenock Campus and will last for 10 weeks. During this time we will be tying Lures, Wet flies, Buzzers/Nymphs and Dry Flies. I will be demonstrating the basic techniques used in flytying which will enable you to go on and tie virtually any fly. We will be tying some of the most popoular flies presently used and I will be showing some of my personal favourites from my time as a Scottish International Angler.

Hope it helps

In case any one is going along to the classes tonight, the college have informed me that the course has been postponed till next week.

Though they have said if anyone is interested they should let the college know thay are going to attend so that they have an idea on numbers attending

I think I will have to pass as my new shifts mean that I will miss too many classes. I heard today that someone from the G&D A.C. has started classes in the Broomhill bar on a Monday night too.
