Re: Curved scissors for muddler heads
There's nowt wrong with straight scissors for muddler heads. Arguably, a pair with one serrated edge helps to stop the hair sliding away as you bring the blades together. I've tried Dr. Slick, Griffin and others but my favourite brand these days is Anvil.
Practice is the key, a decent pair of scissors will only help a bit.
Just to prove a point I've just been tying up a couple of Hare's Ear Muddlers on a size 14. Head trimmed with these because my mini ones are about dead.
