Default My #1 buzzer - H.B.H.

Click the image to open in full size.
A few close friends and i been using this pattern to hammer fisheries since Dec.2005 , it's caught hundreds and hundreds maybe thousands of fish and my brother usually fishes with 2 of these on a 3 fly cast (but he's just greedy) and if he reads that i've revealed the H.B.H. he'll put me in hospital.

I've yet to see another dressing that uses the combination of a black holographic tinsel underbody and a black flexifloss rib, so i've 'claimed' this a my secret fly...until now that is. I've tied it with other thorax colours and body materials but they didn't even come close.

So if you like your buzzer fishing give it a go.

Hook - Buzzer/Shrimp #10-16,
Bead - 2mm Goldhead,
Thread - Black 8/0,
Body - Fine Black Holographic Tinsel,
Rib - Black Flexifloss,
Thorax - Glo-Brite #5(Fire Orange),
Finish - 2 or 3 coats of Hard As Nails.

Cheers Derek

I'm liking that

Are you gonna tell us what HBH stands for, or has that to stay secret?
