Default Spread Fly question

I want to tie some of Bob Popovic's spreadflies but having read his book I need to know where I can get "Photo-flo solution"? as there are no old fashioned photography shop in my area now as every one has gone digital.
Or is there an alternative way of stopping your fingers sticking to the epoxy?

Looks as if I will have to spend a bit of money and get a bug-bond kit

I felt sure someone on here would know a trick to get round the problem with epoxy.

Which of the bug-bond kits is best as I have read somewhere that there were problems getting it to dry/harden off properly?
