the last of my bloodworms.
struggling with buzzers.but will keep trying

Love the worms. I reckon you could make the ends even longer.

With the buzzers, you can see where you've overdone the varnish or whatever. Personally, I'd use a thinner rib - personal preference, though.

Wouldn't worry about the vice. Mine is so cr@p about every third hook pings out of it. Spend most of my time with a headlamp and magnifying glass searching the carpet.

Coming along. Try putting 3 thin coats of varnish on leaving plenty of time inbetween coats.

very nice flies mate finer rib and a bit thinner on varnish thin your nail varnish with nail varnish remover just a little bit
