Hey pal, it is:
Standard dry size 16
Thread: Black, 14/0
Butt: Glo brite no.3
Tail: Coq de leon
Rear body: Grey goose biot
Wing: CDC
Front Body: Dubbed natural mole

A bit fancy and no need but the colours work well...

A beautifully tied eye catching fly. If I was a trout I'd take it.

Lovely looking a fly, a snipe and purple spider will also do the business.

May need to check your colour balance - looks very blue and not grey

If It's described as grey dyed biot that will do for me, but it does look blue, but in a grey kind of way?
I'm a big fan of the snipe and purple but even more so of the waterhen bloa!

Keep an eye out for the April magazine.
